About eCaps Internet Solutions : Online Business Solutions

eCaps Internet Solutions provides the services to you subject to the privacy policy given here under.

Confidentiality and Privacy: You are aware that during the course of your contract with eCaps Internet Solutions you will have access to confidential / proprietary information relating to eCaps Internet Solutions, its clients, its business transactions, and associated companies. You shall not during the course of your contract with eCaps internet Solutions and for one (1) year after you have ceased to be in the contract of eCaps Internet Solutions, disclose such confidential / proprietary information to any third party and / or any other person unless specifically authorized in writing to do so by eCaps Internet Solutions.

All notes and memoranda pertaining to eCaps Internet Solutions trade secrets and confidential / proprietary information made by or acquired by you during the course of your contract shall at all times remain the property of eCaps Internet Solutions.

Upon termination of your contract with eCaps Internet Solutions, you shall return all such notes / memoranda and any copies thereof to eCaps Internet Solutions.
